At Decants R, we strive for your complete satisfaction; however, due to the hygienic nature of fragrance decants, we can only accept returns on unopened or defective items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return your fragrance sample.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our warehouse.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unused decant in its original protective vial and mailer to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.
Refund Processing
After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
